The EDV lab is growing, as Boman Li joins us to pursue her PhD studies as the second student in our group!
Boman has been awarded a competitive scholarship co-funded by Queen Mary University and the China Scholarship Council (CSC) to study a specific protein phosphatase for targeted protein dephosphorylation. Her PhD thesis will be co-supervised by Dr Ben Stieglitz and Dr Jasmeen Oberoi (University of Sussex).
Boman obtained he MRes in Interdisciplinary Chemical Research at King’s College London where she conducted a thesis in chemical biology within the group of Dr Manuel Müller.
