ANNUAL FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES:
- Wellcome Trust has announced a new dedicated award to retain underrepresented minorities in the UK in research (running annually until 2028). If you identify as a researcher of Black, Bangladeshi or Pakistani heritage check updates from Wellcome regularly and contact Elena if interested in submitting a proposal.
- Once a year, there is an opportunity to apply for HSFP doctoral fellowships. These are highly competitive fellowships based on fellow-led ambitious ideas. Please contact Elena if you have a proposal in mind.
- Prospective international candidates interested in pursuing postdoctoral research in the EDV Lab should consider a joint application for a Newton International Fellowship from the Royal Society or a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowships from the European Research Council.
- Once a year there is an opportunity for a prospective candidate with a suitable background to apply for Queen Mary-funded PhD studentships for underrepresented Groups in Research (please check eligibility criteria here).
